Meet Javier Hofmaister
Javier Hofmaister is the founder of JH Global HR and an international HR leader with more than 15 years of experience partnering with organisations across Europe and global markets.
Throughout his career, Javier has worked within complex, multicultural environments across the telecommunications, technology, life sciences and hospitality sectors. His expertise includes strategic HR partnering, organisational transformation, employee relations, DEIB, wellbeing, leadership development and cross-border people management.
Having supported organisations through periods of growth, restructuring and change, Javier combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. He understands that effective HR solutions must not only reflect business priorities but also work for the people responsible for delivering them.
Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Javier brings an international perspective, strong cultural awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships at every level of an organisation. Through JH Global HR, he provides pragmatic, tailored support that helps businesses manage complexity, strengthen leadership and build healthier, more inclusive workplaces.
